Rayners Lane is in the London Borough of Harrow and borders Pinner, North, West and South Harrow. A number of iconic 1930s buildings including the tube station and former cinema reflect the origins of the town. PROPERTY Harrow Garden Village was a housing development built in the 1930s around Rayners Lane tube station which until then had been a "country halt" on the Metropolitan line. This was one of Metroland's flagship developments with streets full of semi-detached houses fronted with bay windows and tiled roofs. The popular Nash Estate is set around Newton Park with Ravenswood Crescent, Drake Road and Kings Road popular roads. The Kodak site to the north of Rayners Lane between Harrow and Pinner is being redeveloped to provide hundreds of new homes, a medical centre, a primary school and shops.
