In spite of being only 16 miles from London within the M25 and with Watford on its doorstep, Bushey has the feel of a small rural town with a duck pond and church and is largely surrounded by the Green Belt.

London Euston can be reached by train in just 20 minutes and a bus network can also take commuters to the nearby towns of Watford, Harrow and Stanmore for tube services to the capital. Bushey High Street has a range of local shops, cafés and restaurants with the larger regional shopping centre of Watford on its doorstep.
