As we are an independent, fully regulated lettings and property management-only agency we are not side-tracked with buying and selling homes so can offer you a fully bespoke service to suit your individual lettings requirements for the best price.

Full Property Management
Leave it with us to manage your property in accordance with safety regulations from start to finish. We handle everything from cleanings to full-house refurbishments; assessments and advice before check-in; utility changeovers; property visits; ongoing maintenance and end-of-tenancy deposit negotiation. You can trust us to manage your property investment as if it were our own.
We take care of everything from setting up the lettings process to managing repairs and deposits at the end of the tenancy. This will you free to pursue other aspects of managing your properties (or anything else) that you already be pressed for time for.
Tenant Find Only
Finding the right tenant for your property can be a difficult process. You want to make sure you get the best possible candidates, but you don’t have the time or resources to do all the legwork yourself. That’s where we come in. We provide comprehensive services for landlords, including tenant screening and placement. We’ll take care of everything so you can focus on managing your property.
How Our Lettings Service Works
Once appointed we will photograph your property professionally to its best advantage and produce a clear and informative listing. We will then show your property to prospective tenants and communicate to you the number of viewings undertaken and any feedback received during the viewings.
Once an offer has been made, we will obtain professional third-party tenant references and credit check(s) and draft up a tenancy agreement for signature.
We will also collect the deposit usually equivalent of and the first month’s rent on your behalf. We can organise the gas and electrical safety inspections, as well as arranging the inventory and check-in. If we are fully managing your property, we will deal with the transfer of utilities and council tax account to ensure a smooth handover.
