We aim to keep tenants fees as low as possible and provide the best possible service. Our administrative charge (inclusive of VAT) is detailed below and payable in advance. This covers the cost of preparing your Tenancy Agreement, referencing checks, credit search application, immigration checks, administration of your deposit and checking you out of the property at the end of your tenancy. If you decide not to proceed with the tenancy, we will deduct any reasonable expenses at our discretion from the charges you have paid.
